This session features a Wisconsin classic: The Old Fashioned. Beyond the standard build, guests will learn how to craft: 

• A Muddled Old Fashioned 
• A Traditional Old Fashioned 
• How different bitters dramatically change flavor and balance 

Expect guided instruction, chef-selected appetizers, and a relaxed, social atmosphere. No experience needed, just come ready to learn, sip, and enjoy.
